Pedestrians first : acting together for a walking Quebec

A Piétons Québec summit

Piétons Québec is pleased to invite you to host the Piétonnes et piétons avant tout: agir ensemble pour un Québec qui marche summit in Drummondville. This will be a unique opportunity to discuss concrete actions to encourage walking in Quebec living environments.

A number of themes related to the practice of walking will be addressed over the 2 days:

  • Safety and cohabitation
  • Urban design and planning
  • Citizen appropriation and participation
  • Equity and inclusion

This event is aimed at elected officials and professionals interested in active mobility, including planning, transportation and sustainable development consultants, managers, engineers, urban planners, community workers, recreation and cultural services, and those involved in promoting healthy living environments and public health.

Be part of the discussion, be part of the change, be part of the action!
